The Vice Dean in charge of the studies and issues related to the students shall undertake the following tasks

1. Management and follow-up records of grad students,
2.  Follow-up on education activities and take or propose action to improve it
3. Maintain the students' nominal and statistical list
4.   Assist the Deputy Dean in charge of studies and issues related to students in his duties:

• Responsible Teaching Department
• Education and Evaluation Officer
  Director of Statistics, Information and Guidance Department
