The Deputy Dean assigned after graduation, scientific research and external relations shall undertake the following tasks:
- Follow-up of scientific research activities
- Initiating partnerships with the social and economic sectors
- Initiating works to activate and support cooperation between national and international universities
- Implementing programs for improving the level and updating teachers' information
- Follow up the progress of the Scientific Council of the College and maintain its archive
